Epsilor to be presented at MSPO 2022 in Poland by MILDAT
Epsilor’s Polish representative MILDAT will represent the company at the MSPO Defense Industry Exhibition, which will take place between 6-9 September 2022 in Kielce, Poland.
Visitors are invited to visit MILDAT at Booth B61 to get more on information on Epsilor’s batteries and chargers.
Among others, MILDAT will present Epsilor’s NATO 6T Lithium-Ion battery for armored and military vehicles and heavy-duty applications, which offers four times more energy than in a typical AGM 6T Lead Acid battery.
Epsilor’s NATO 6T Li-Ion rechargeable battery in a metal-case meets the requirements of MIL-PRF-32565C, (the US Army Performance Specification).
Epsilor’s 6T battery, which is equipped with a smart Battery Management System (BMS) with self-charging and self-balancing, is an ideal solution for military armored vehicles. It offers the highest energy density in this category, together with an extremely high life cycle and safety characteristics according to the severe demands of the MIL-PRF-32565-C standard.
The battery offers over 1,200 charge and discharge cycles in a typical operational profile, enabling it to serve for approximately ten years with no need for maintenance or replacement.
“We view the fastest growing Polish defense market as highly lucrative one with high potential and we have witnessed great interest in our products, which are already in use in the local market,” said Merav Kolody Shubeli, Director, International Sales and Marketing at Epsilor. “MSPO 2022 is an excellent opportunity for Epsilor to further strengthen our activity in Poland.”
Epsilor’s 6T battery is currently reviewed by armored vehicles and heavy duty manufacturers in Poland and neighboring countries.
Last year, Epsilor sold ELI-152 batteries to the Polish army. Epsilor’s ELI-152 batteries are designed as form, fit and function identical to the standard batteries for PRC-152 radios. Incorporating the same mechanical, electrical and communications characteristics as the OEM radio batteries, these products are available in standard and high-capacity configurations.
MILDAT will also provide information on Epsilor’s 24V Rechargeable Li Ion battery, BB-2590/U Compatible batteries and other types of standard and custom batteries and chargers, for a wide range of tactical devices such as radios, thermal imagers, sensors, weapon systems, training equipment, designation systems, Autonomous Ground Vehicles (AGV) and more.
