Tactical Hybrid Micro-Grid Systems
Epsilor’s Tactical Hybrid Energy System brings the green energy revolution to the tactical military unit. Combining traditional energy sources, such as diesel generators and grid power, together with renewable sources, such as solar and wind power, and with advanced capability of storage and power management, enables military users to save more than 50% of the diesel fuel supplied to the field.
By offering a modular system architecture that enables its installation in shelters, on trailers, on air portable airborne pallets and even in miniature man portable kits, we provide our users with available power of 300W up to 15kW in any place on earth.
The international tactical micro-grid product line is based on the successful US Marine Corp GREENS and MHEPS programs developed by Epsilor’s affiliate company in the US, UEC Electronics.
Stacked on trailers mounting multiple Epsilor’s COMBATT 6T NATO batteries, the system supports extended field deployment of long endurance missions, peak power consumption shaving and significant fuel savings.
