Ronen BadichiPresident, Energy Solutions Division, Arotech

Ronen joined Epsilor as the General Manager in 2005. He currently serves as the President of Epsilor-Electric Fuel. Previous to that he was the General Manager of Maoz Industries, an electronics supplier for the aviation industry, and was a project manager at BAE Systems - ROKAR. Ronen started his career in the Israeli Air Force, where he served as an F-16 Avionics Integration Officer at the rank of Captain. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics and Electro-Optical Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Technology.

Hagai ShmuelVP Marketing & Sales

Hagai joined Epsilor as VP of Marketing and Sales in 2022 after a long career in the local and international defense market. Prior to working at Epsilor, he was for more than a decade the Director of Marketing of the Ramta Division at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI). Hagai holds an MBA from Polytechnic University and a BSc. In Electrical Engineering from Ben Gurion University. He is a veteran marketing specialist with proven capabilities in the fields of sales, lead development and management.

Gabi AyalonVP Engineering & R&D

Gabi joined Epsilor as VP of Engineering & R&D in 2015. Prior to his arrival at Epsilor, Gabi was the VP of R&D at Tadiran Telecom and the VP of Engineering at Tadiran America in the USA. Gabi’s past experience includes various engineering positions in defense and telecom companies. Gabi earned a BSc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and his MSc. in Management from Florida Institute of Technology.

Amit KaufmanPurchasing & Import-Export Manager

Amit joined Epsilor in 2022 as the Purchasing and Import-Export Manager. Amit has established and developed Epsilor's purchasing, logistics & international forwarding department over the years. The department currently manages the import - export activities in dozens of countries across the globe.

Eli SaksChief Financial Officer

Eli joined the Arotech Battery and Power Systems division in 2004 and now serves as its CFO. Previous to that he worked at Ernst & Young as a senior auditor of hi-tech companies. Eli is a Registered CPA and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Bar Ilan University and an MBA from the Ono Academic College.
